Championing the Consumer
Understanding changing consumer tastes in the fast moving, and often fickle, food and drink market will be a central theme of this year’s CGA Peach Consumer Insight & Marketing Conference.
The conference will examine the changing role of marketing in hospitality and leisure and what sets it apart from FMCG promotion – and how to champion the increasingly food-literate consumer and be both customer advocate and brand guardian within organisations.
Join us as we discuss the challenges of staying in tune with the public and their tastes and habits in a crowded market both in and out-of-home.
The agenda will set out the sector’s priorities for 2017, including highlighting the need for greater understanding of consumer types, with a preview of CGA’s new food and drink focused segmentation work.
